We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Hong Kong SAR
  • Special delivery arrangements may be available for Macau or bulk orders—please contact us directly.

Note: We do not offer regular international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • In case of high demand or stock issues, we will notify you of any delay via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders HK$500 or above
  • Orders below HK$500 will be charged a flat rate of HK$40
  • Special handling charges may apply for bulky or heavy items (e.g., soil bags, planters)

Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before final payment.

5. Delivery Methods

We use trusted local couriers and logistics partners such as:

  • SF Express
  • Hongkong Post
  • Local delivery fleets for heavy or bulky items

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped (if available).

6. Failed Deliveries or Inaccurate Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Delivery may be delayed until the correct details are confirmed

7. Bulk / Special Deliveries

For large or commercial orders (e.g., landscaping projects, bulk soil/fertilizer), please contact us in advance to arrange customized shipping and scheduling.
